AMS Infection Prevention Partners has immediate openings for East Coast and West Coast business development executives with experience in long-term care. If you are a dynamic, hard-working professional with a background in long-term care and a desire to work for a fast-paced, clinical practice whose mission includes advocating for the senior population and the healthcare organizations who serve them, then apply now.  


Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): 

  • Drive sales of services offered by AMS, including full suite of infection surveillance and antimicrobial stewardship programs;

  • Seek new business and maintain relationships with potential customers;

  • Build and nurture new relationships with nursing home clinical and administrative staff;
  • Conduct sales meetings and deliver presentations to key decision-makers;

  • Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closing;

  • Work with AMS leadership to generate custom and facility-specific infection prevention programs;
  • Provide timely reporting and analysis of sales and account activity.


  • Bachelor's Degree or above;

  • Minimum of 2 years of long-term care experience;

  • Excellent organization and communication skills;

  • Track record of demonstrable sales growth and quota attainment.


Compensation & Reporting:

This is a monthly recurring commission opportunity. This position reports to the CEO.

Infection prevention is not a new challenge to nursing homes with the top federal citations being in infection prevention 3 years running. AMS provides certified infection preventionists to nursing homes along with diagnostic laboratory testing and infectious disease analytics to generate custom and facility-specific infection prevention programs.  Facilities using our platform identify and manage infection risk before outbreaks occur. Our program has little to no cost to the nursing home or their residents.
