Sterisis, AMS Onsite's most comprehensive program, uses quarterly non-invasive rapid-result PCR testing for 37 distinct respiratory pathogens (including COVID-19) and live remote monitoring of resident EHRs in real time to maintain control of the spread of infectious diseases and combat antibiotic resistance facility-wide. Our Infection Preventionists work hand-in-hand with nursing facility clinicians to ease their IPC burden and promote better resident outcomes.

Welcome to Pinpoint, AMS Onsite's newest program, which focuses surveillance activities on high risk, preventable, and/or high consequence infections significant to nursing facility resident populations. Through a process we call Decision Tree Testing, AMS Onsite clinicians zero in on proper diagnoses through a series of data analytics and PCR testing. 
Virtual Rounding

Virtual Rounding by AMS Onsite is designed to immediately ease the burden of your clinical staff by providing access to our doctors, RNs, DONs, LPNs, and Infection Preventionists, all who specialize in Infection Prevention and Control in the Long-Term Care setting. Using science, technology, and facility EMRs, our clinicians conduct daily virtual rounds on facility residents, highlighting potential infection issues, risk stratifying patients, pinpointing diagnoses, and offering educated care recommendations -- with no extra data entry or expensive platforms required by the facility.
